  I recently had Michael build a gaming computer for my son's birthday. I didn't know much about them and Michael was very patient, knowledgeable, easy to work with and guided me thru the process from choosing the appropriate parts to showing me how to hook up all the components. He was respectful of our budget and really listened to what features were important to us and offered many suggestions for creating the best gaming experience. He always returns emails promptly (even outside of business hours) and was in continuous contact reassuring me that everything would be ready on time for the birthday surprise. The end result was exactly the computer that we hoped for and a huge surprise for our son. Every aspect exceeded our expectations for service and quality. Michael has also assisted with removing viruses from our laptop and our home network. The remote assistance is the perfect solution for me as I can't always be available during their business hours. Each time, Michael was able to identify the issue, clean and protect my system so that there wouldn't be future disruption to my home network. Overall, my experience with Michael @ Bravatech has been very positive and I will certainly seek out their service in the future should the need arise.

  Our experience with Michael at Bravatech has been excellent. Michael is very knowledgeable, prompt and willing to bend over backwards to ensure our computer needs are taken care of. We run a small business and Michael understands our need to get things back up and running as quickly as possible. I would recommend Bravatech to all.
